Use of This Website

This website is operated by St George Coptic Orthodox Church for Spiritual Festivity church registration, participant registration, event administration, check-in, staff coordination, score entry, document sharing, and event-related communications. By using this website, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for legitimate Spiritual Festivity event purposes.

Accounts and Registration

Church representatives are responsible for maintaining accurate church, participant, judge, and representative information. Staff users are responsible for protecting their accounts and using administrative access only for authorized event work. St George Coptic Orthodox Church may update, restrict, or remove access when needed to protect event records or system security.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Spiritual Festivity Alerts.

Program description: St George Coptic Orthodox Church may send SMS/text messages under the Spiritual Festivity Alerts program to church contacts, representatives, judges, monitors, organizers, and staff for event-related purposes. Messages may include registration reminders, outreach follow-ups, check-in updates, judge or staff assignment notices, payment reminders, schedule updates, urgent event coordination messages, and support responses.

Consent: By providing your mobile phone number to St George Coptic Orthodox Church or Spiritual Festivity through a registration form, church contact form, staff contact form, event communication, or direct communication with Spiritual Festivity staff, and by agreeing to receive event-related text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from the Spiritual Festivity Alerts program. Consent is not a condition of registration, service, transaction completion, or purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your church's registration status, event role, and event schedule. You may receive recurring messages during registration and event periods.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for text messages or data usage. Spiritual Festivity is not responsible for carrier charges.

Opt out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from the Spiritual Festivity Alerts program unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Registration fees and payment status are managed for event administration. Online card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Spiritual Festivity does not store full card numbers on this website.

Use of this website and SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

St George Coptic Orthodox Church may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.
